The Mabel League Ratz
Ratz is a fun loving team, with a fabulous core group. We are famous for our grapefruit / ball trick at every tournament. Last year our own Newbie Ang took it like a real trouper, and is still talking about how it would have gone out of the park (sure Ang) Jan (treasurer) and Wendy who has been around for forever. Coach Kav who has made such a difference to this team and the caliber of play. Jane the Team Rep and scorekeeper/manager who keeps every one up to date on what's happening. We practice Sundays at noon at Brittania. We may still be in the market for 1-2 players, fulltime, with good solid ball skills, and team focused attitude. Liking beer is good, but you don't need to be a drinker to join (although it helps), there is always pop and water available too.
