DEI Committee
The DEI Committee acts as an advisory committee to support DEI projects within the league, and to help foster an inclusive environment guided by the principles of intersectionality, anti-oppression, decolonial practices, and trauma informed and culturally grounded approaches.

Grievance Committee
This committee is built each year with a representative from each division to provide an impartial voice in the event of player grievances. The league’s co-chair and UIC lead the committee and only convene it if a grievance is submitted.
